2025 -2026 Registration Forms

Registration for current families will be held Monday, January 27th from 9-10 am and 1-2 pm. 


Registration for former families, church members, and members of MomsUP will be on Tuesday, January 28th at 9 am.


Open registration will be held in conjunction with our annual open house on Sunday, February 2nd from 1-3 pm.
